Camilla Antonini was born in Milan and graduated in DAMS at Turin University. Meanwhile she attended the Academy of Music in Milan, where she began to study singing with Sonia Turchetta. She made her debut early in Le nozze di Figaro, L’elisir d’amore (Giannetta), Don Giovanni (Zerlina), Cavalleria rusticana (Lola), Così fan tutte(Dorabella) and Les contes d’Hoffmann (Nicklausse). She played Rosina in Il barbiere di Siviglia (Teatro San Babila in Milan, 2012), Lena and Eugenia in Il filosofo di campagna by Baldassarre Galuppi, Doralba in L’impresario in angustie by Cimarosa, with Riccardo Doni as conductor, and Camilla in Il giovedì grasso by Donizetti ). In 2014 she played Arbace in Catone in Utica by Francesco Antonelli Torres in the first world’s revival in Ventidio Basso Theatre in Ascoli Piceno and in early 2015 she played Isaura in Tancredi in Pesaro. Together with the baroque ensemble I Solisti Ambrosiani she performed Gloria RV 589 during the IV Festival of Ancient Music at the Abbey of Morimondo and she played Giuditta in La betulia liberata by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. In the same year she made her debut as Cherubino in Le nozze di Figaro, Fenena in Nabucco and Maffio Orsini in Lucrezia Borgia. In 2016 she sangs Vespetta’s part in Tomaso Albinoni’s Il Pimpinone, throughout the Macerata Festival 1700 and she played Zerbine in Pergolesi’s La servante maîtresse in the written version for Céléstine Galli-Marié at Auditorium Audi in Beirut. In 2016 she performed Rosina in Il barbiere di Siviglia in Verona, Nelson Messe (Franz Joseph Haydn), Stabat Mater and Salve regina (Giovanni Battista Pergolesi) in Verona. In 2017 she sang Dorina in L’impresario delle Canarie by Domenico Sarro and again Vespetta in Il Pimpinone by Albinoni at St.Petersburg Chamber Opera and suddenly she performs in Requiem  K626 by Mozart in Milan. At Alfieri Theatre in Asti she made her debuts as Tisbe in La Cenerentola by Rossini. In 2019 she has carried out an extension of repertoire that led her to debut Maddalena’s role in Rigoletto in Milan and the role of Zanetto by Pietro Mascagni in Turin. She plays Mamma Lucia’s role in Cavalleria rusticana in Zürich and suddenly she plays Zita in Gianni Schicchi under Marco Gandini’s direction. Then sang in Madama Butterfly with Teatro dell’Opera Giocosa under Renata Scotto’s direction. She’s among the selected singers to participate into Laboratorio sulla vocalità donizettiana in collaboration with Accademia del Teatro alla Scala. Then she sung again Zita’ at the Teatro Comunale in Treviso.   She recorded many CD and DVD for Brilliant, Bongiovanni, and Opera Discovery.
